Seated Exercise at MOMS Library:
Jog or Cycle While Reading a Book!

Picture
Put your feet on the pedal, strap your feet tight enough so that they won't fall out of the pedal, and start exercising! You can adjust how much the tire (and therefore pedals) push against you using the knob located on your side of the exercise tool. The Desk Cycle will record the distance pedaled, the RPMs (rotations per minute) and the time it took to do both activities.

Picture
When tired of peddling, the Stamina Elliptical, shows RPMs, time and distance with the little stopwatch at the head of the machine. Run a bit slower and more attentive, as it cannot completely replicate walking.
